STEP 02 · CONNECT
Connect your Ledger Flex
Use the USB cable included with your device to connect it directly to your computer. Keep your device nearby as you follow the instructions on its screen.

Keep Ledger Live openUse the official desktop app downloaded from Ledger.com.
Only connect to a computer you trust. Ledger will never ask for your recovery phrase.

STEP 03 · UNLOCK
Unlock your device
Follow the prompts on your Ledger screen. Use the buttons or touchscreen on the device itself to enter your PIN.

Your PIN is entered only on the physical device. It is never typed into your computer.
Never share your PIN or recovery phrase. Ledger Support will never ask you for them.

Your device is powered on and unlocked. Continue setup in Ledger Live Desktop, where you can follow the guided on-screen steps.
Continue in Ledger LiveOpen the app on your computer and select “Get started”.
Write your recovery phrase down only on the recovery sheet that came with your device. Never take a photo or store it digitally.
